We had a decent meal here on a Saturday night; as it was out of season the place was completely dead but it definitely has the potential to be a good summer location with the attractive terrace. The food itself was to a high standard, even if the paella was a little overpriced at 14 euros. Still, the set tapas menu was varied and good value and the staff were friendly too. Overall, Iberico is in a great location and if you are after Spanish cuisine in Gozo then definitely worth checking out.

We were last week in this restaurant in Gozo for the first time. Since you enter this place, the decoration is incredible, super antique and very well preserved. We were chatting with the waitress and she let us go up to the terrace, it has an incredible view of Cittadella, I recommend this place for its incredible view and old building. Let's talk about the food: - "1440 minutes beef cheeks" slow cooking, as the description says, it is a super delicate meat that you can cut with a spoon. Then the decoration with the popcorn. Simply amazing the flavor that this meat has. - “Mountain paella” I have never tasted a wild paella in my life, but as the waitress told us, it is the real Spanish paella. The cooking point of the rice was perfect. Then we drank a Tempranillo wine since it made a perfect pairing, recommended by the local sommelier. I will definitely return to this restaurant. From the moment you walk through the door until the time to leave it’s a wonderful experience. First thing you notice is how friendly and professional the staff are! Next the food, just WOW , absolutely delicious! As a starter we had the crunchy baby squid which was so tasty! Main course I took the Beef Cheeks and my husband took the lamb shoulder. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the great work guys ! 10 out of 10 in all aspects.

A well needed spanish restaurant in Gozo! We had the patatas bravas, baby squid, meatballs, croquettes and iberico ham from the starters and all were really nice! For main we had the paella, which compared to paellas we had in Spain, it was average. Also the room upstairs could benefit from more spanish decor, rather than pictures of Gozo? Overall recommend!

Great tapas which is unique to Gozo. The set menu was amazing. Paired with a Spanish wine and a great view from the terrace, the evening was complete. Prices are unbeatable and the service is stellar. We will definitely be back!
