I do heart this boba place! They get my orders right, very little wait to no wait in line because the employees takes the orders efficiently and listen to their customers need. The milk-teas my niece and i tried tasted good, it was not too sweet and it has good flavor. We also tried their elotes and other fried snacks like tofu and dumplings and it was amazing! Cant wait to come back here!
Randomly decided to stop here and grab a quick bite and Stephanie was very helpful when attending us even though we were taking forever to decide on what we wanted she recommended us great food and drinks honestly her personality and customer service was a 10/10 this place really has a great person to represent them 100% recommend anyone to come here

drinks and food is good and tasty. they follow instructions well in making drinks with less sugar because some places when you tell them to adjust the sugar percentage it is still very sweet but this place actually listens and adjust the sweetness. Tudor sandwiches are good and generous sized portion as well as the inside of the sandwich itself, just wished the bread was a bit more toasty. overall really good value for wallet and tummy!
Secret gem alert! The new management has really taken the time to make sure their customers have a quality experience. The drinks are playful and delicious, and their snack items were very tasty and all made with fresh ingredients! My husband and I will definitely be returning.
The food is not only amazing, but the place is always clean, plays great music, and the owner is very nice and gives great customer service! You can’t ask for more! Definitely will come way more often! Thanks!

Their sandwiches are always well made with lots of meat!

I ordered tarp coconut 🥥 smoothie and forgot to tell 25% or 50% sugar, it was very sweet but if it the sweetness is right amount I know it would be good. I’ll get the right one next time!

Delicious drinks! Amazing fresh ingredients. Such an amazing variety of teas, coffee, slushy flavors! I will continue to come here for my yummy food and healthy teas!!!! I love it!!!!
This spot is under new management and it is AMAZING! They gave out some samples to show some new menu items (toasted tofu and chicken nuggets) and they were spectacular. The bulgogi banh mi is what I never knew my cravings needed until I had it! The drinks great with every dietary restriction cared for whether you want non-dairy, gluten-free, or low to no sugar options available. OH YES, and the chocolate chip cookies by the register are TO DIE FOR! Best chocolate chip cookies, hands down. Perioddddd
All of the workers here are conscious of the current pandemic situation so everyone is masked and certain tables marked off for social distancing.
