맛 좋고 양도 넉넉하고 가성비까지 참 좋은 혜자스러운 함흥냉면 맛집입니다.. 오랜시간 숙성을 시킨 양념다대기라 고추가루 풋내도 없고 기분좋은 감칠맛에 더해 뒷맛이 참 깔끔합니다.. 살짝 달달하면서 지나치게 맵거나 짜지 않고 자극이 적고 순한 양념다대기맛의 함흥냉면입니다.. 그래서 똑같진 않지만 자극적이지 않은 속초의 함흥냉면옥 양념다대기맛도 연상됩니다.. 냉면 고기를 아롱사태만을 사용해서 식감이 좋고 질좋은 소고기라 육향도 좋아요.. 강릉에 다녀본 함흥냉면집들중에는 이 집 함흥냉면이 제일 맛이 좋고 완전 강추합니다..^^ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes 섞기면

사골궁물이 설날먹던 궁물로 업그레이드하면 더욱 감칠맛이 있겠다.황태국물브렌딩하시면 더 맛있겠다.만두는 서울 인사동 궁식당의 만두맛과 비슷하다.만두굿

야들야들한 수육이 술을 땡겼다.. 수육 밑에 깔아준 양파의 단맛이 수육의 담백함과 어우러져 참 좋았다.. 다녀온지 몇일이 지났는데도 생각만으로도 입안에 침이 돈다.. 만두국은 조금 심심했지만 주먹만한 만두가 허기진배를 채우고도 남았다.. 약간 많이 먹었다 싶은생각이였지만 국물을 남길수없어 한번에 들이키니.. 캬~~ 쑤욱 내려갔다.. 입가심 비빔냉면은 칼칼허니 무김치와 찰떡궁합이다 .. 입맛까다로운 어머니가 칭찬일색이다.. 가까운곳에 이런 맛집이 있어 행복하다..
