The pancakes are absolutely delicious! We also liked the coffee and smoothies. The coffee is quite strong and at a reasonable price, this is why we visit this place often. The mini cakes are a little bit pricey, but very tasty. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an excellent experience here with their super pancakes made at the moment. They are really tasty! Very cozy environment, if you want you can also sit at the tables outside. This eatery at the bottom level of the Duke's shopping mall is always jam-packed with people, so don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table. The coffees and hot chocolates are super good, as are the Iced Lattes. We opted for the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger and the Duck Burger. Both were huge and generously filled with meat Both were to die for! The BBQ pork was very sweet and flavourful while the Duck was season and basted with Chinese-style Hoisin sauce. The flavours and textures were divine. The Onion Rings that came with the pork burger, as well as the fries were also delicious. For dessert we tried the Vanilla Gateaux and the Chocolate Fudge Cake. Both were served as large portions and were also very good The only thing I'd criticise would be the service. It was OK overall, but lacking in friendliness. The prices are above-average on Gozo standards, however well worth it considering the quality and quantity! Will definitely be back to try the pasta

We visited the Hog with family friends and have to say the English lady (sorry did not catch her name) was very welcoming and smily. We ordered our food and when it arrived it was delicious. However, when I asked for some extra sauces I was blanked and had to go to the bar and asked the Indian boy for some some. He was very rude and abrupt as he was on his phone and just did not want to know. When we came to pay we were asked by the lady on the till (who originally welcomed us into the bistro) if everything was ok. We said the food was great but felt the service was shockong and that everything was an effort. She appologised for the other staff members. The HOG can easily be overlooked when crossing by. But it is actually a nice location to go to. The service was on point, the drinks were served fast and the menu porvides a nice variety. Absolutely great, they were super busy and they still managed to fit us in. One of the best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. If we have time while here on Gozo, we’ll definitely be back. Can highly recommend!
