Tried this Japanese restaurant at the Mousai Hotel.
The place looks nice, staff is very attentive, the overall feel is good. Plating and presentation is nice, unfortunately the taste is mostly bland and average with the exception of the jalapeno yellowtail sashimi which was a 4.
Too bad, we were hoping for a tastier experience. Average but safe food.

As someone with a gluten allergy, this place is heaven. They were careful to take note of allergies and informed us all dishes use tamari sauce and minimal cross contamination. Vincent and Alejandra made our time at Hiroshima worth every minute! Excellent service. 12/10 Food. Beautiful sunset in the background. Best Japanese in PVR!

A great Japanese restaurant. The food was really good. The service was excellent. Low marks for atmosphere because it is basically a lobby bar / restaurant for the hotel. It’s not terrible but the could have made it a bit stand alone. The back area is a little better and the food options are also diverse.

Muchas ocasiones he visitado restaurantes japoneses, ( con japonés al mando) en USA y en México pero este restaurante Hiroshi es de lo mejor que mi paladar a probado los chefs Angel Basilio, Guadalupe Jesus y Ernesto obrera, orgullosamente mexicanos nos deleitaron desde la entrada con una tostada, edamame combinado y unos rollos de sushi exquisitos. Y el postre helado de vainilla frito (tempura) oh por Dios riquísimo!! Muchas gracias a los tres, son muy amables y agradables!! Alejandra y Franco gracias por su excelente atención!! Los veré en la próxima vez 😃
