A friend from the region Konya recommended this dish with the slogan " the best food you can eat in this region is at Havzan". They have the longest pide with the best taste in the country. Friendly and fast service.

Staff we rude. Was made to feel really uncomfortable. There was 5 of us and we ate super fast and left. The main waiter was looking for a fight with everyone he served. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₺1–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Location is in the affluent area of Meram. Relaxed vibes and friendly staff. Etliekmek is the best I’ve had in Turkey! Prices reasonable
The stuff is very attentive. Traditional etliekmek and mevlana are very delicious.
A very special restaurant serving maunli etliekmek. Etliekmek is a traditional Anatolian wood oven meal. Very thin dough covered vith plain well chopped lamb meat goes through the wood burnt oven and the smell and taste is outstandind with ayran and salad. When ever I go to Konya, eating delicious etliekmek at Havzan. Highly recomended...
I ate there many times when I was in Konya and it never failed me. If you go to this restaurant, I highly recommend that you eat "Bıçak Arası", which translates as "thinly chopped meat", not ground. The crust is so thin and the chopped meat is so juicy that it lures you back here. You should have Bıçak Arası with cold "Ayran", which is the traditional way in Konya.
