My family and I tried the 1-for-1 high tea set. It tastes great! However, I would say the service can be better. I had made a reservation for 4 pax at 4pm. But when I arrived at 4.05pm, my table was not ready and was told that they will clean it up in another 5 min. And after my family and I sat down, we had ordered the high tea set immediately. It took 40 min to be served. It was a long wait. However, my family and I still had a great time there for the high tea set.

Upon the recommendation of friends, we decided to check out the Lobby Lounge & Bar, and it truly lived up to the praise. The ambiance was cozy and comfortable, and we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and approachable waitress upon entering. Our service was provided by Mr. Robin, the bartender, who exhibited immense passion for his work, evident in the sparkle in his eyes as he explained the cocktails he was crafting. You could easily sense his genuine love for his job and his skill in executing it effectively. He introduced us to the newly introduced cocktails, detailing the mixing process, which resulted in an amazing and perfectly blended taste.
On the food front, he recommended the fish and chips and the nasi lemak. When we mentioned our slight hunger, he assured us that the portions were substantial and would be satisfying, possibly leaving room for desserts later. Indeed, the food was served generously.
Mr. Robin also demonstrated great attentiveness towards other patrons in the restaurant, showing that he cared about creating an enjoyable experience for everyone
Overall, it was an exceptional experience.
