We had a lovely meal here tonight. The decor is very unique. It's like you stepped back in time. We ate inside but sneaked a peek on the terrace, and the views were beautiful. We shared 2 mixed grills (2 adults, 1 child) with salad and tea. The service was great. Highly recommended.

One of the famous restaurants of Mardin in an old neighbourhood of Mardin. The food is good and quite cheap, especially if you compare the prices with similar restaurants of Istanbul

I'm really happy I came to this restaurant. It's a tourist area, and often tourist areas have poor service. Here, the service was excellent and I felt like a valued customer. They had a menu item that was a sample of various Mardin dishes. I wish I could remember the names of all the items, but I got to try many different things - everything was superb and of high quality. They were generous with the meat, as well as side dishes, and I ate well. I asked for a Mardin dessert and they brought me a wonderful spiced pudding. I would definitely come back. The service was excellent and attentive, they had just enough English to help me make a good choice on the menu and it was delicious!
