We went there for the beach club as we were looking for a calm beach club, and that we were advised to go there.
We were welcomed by someone who told us we had to pay 600 pesos in food and drinks, and that we could go where we wanted on the beach. I asked if the price was per person or for 2, and he said it was for 2. So, we went to 2 loungers, and there another person arrived, and he said it was finally 600 pesos per person… I don’t really care about the price. I just want things to be clear from the beginning.
I went to see the first person who gave me the price, and this time, after he had talked with the second person, he said it was finally 600 pesos per person… So we left the place.
People in Tulum have to learn about client service. I come from the hotel world in France, and for me, those are things you cannot do. I guess we don’t have the same way of seeing things..

Very nice hotel with a good location, though between two central locations, you have to walk around 10 minutes to get to good restaurants and bars, but I think it is completely ok.
The hotel building is very nice and modern. The rooms are clean and dreamy!
Coco at the reception is extremely friendly and helpful if you have any questions. You can contact the hotel via WhatsApp during your stay, very convenient.
There was one big negative aspect during our stay. You could not go into the the beach directly in front of the hotel due to heavy seagrass in the water. It’s not the hotels fault but very unfortunate when you wanna swim. But you can walk to other places where you have less seagrass.
I didn’t like the men waiters in the hotel. Sometimes they were unfriendly but this is just my personal opinion. They were extremely friendly to my wife though 😄
Perfect hotel to take a lot tulum like pictures.
Prices are high, but it’s Tulum. Everything is expensive here.

A completely mixed review with good customer service 😀 and very nice people but the food is good but in many ways lacking, the very first day we were ordered crab tacos & guacamole. Pricey but tasty. If you like clam chowder bears is quite good.
The lobster pizza was the next thing we tried which was very excellent! There'have a good I'm not a lobster and didn't take too long to prepare. I tried the crab salad was horrible because every bite of crab you took was loaded chalk full of shells!!!!
The most disappointing thing was they were willing to dump the whole crab salad and bring another salad without crab and couldn't comp (deduct) the crab salad from the check.
Anna was a very good server and tried to make it right. Very sweet girl.

Alltough the beach is nice and the prices are quite high, we both got food poisoning from our visit at Háane. Would have expected more from a high class hotel. Not worth it!

This place is fantastic and calm. If you like nature it is perfect, there is some restaurants and pubs on the downton city, is about 15 minutes.The service is very good, the employes are educated and friendly.
