If you happen to be in Rotorua and need some authentic Swiss baked bread or pastry – look no further. Especially the “Zopf” is a treat by itself. The baguette and cinnamon rolls are great as well. Thank you Guido and staff!

Is this New Zealand's best bakery? Quite possibly. Amazing pies, strudel, cinnamon buns, bread and coffee. Reasonably priced and delicious!

We didn't find the pies very nice. This would be the worst ones we have brought in Rotorua. I didn't find the staff member who served me to be very friendly and when I got tobthe car realized I had 3 bags but only 2 pies one bag had a hole in the bottom of it and found thec3rd pie sitting on the counter when I explained to the staff member what happened she put it in another bag and gave it back to me I said I don't think so it's been sitting on the dirty counter with customers around she was not impressed but with a deep breath went and got me a fresh pie that's not what I call good customer service

Ordered a large coffee via uber eats, cosidering the price was dearer when compared to coffees ordered from other shops, the size of the cup was smaller and when i actually opened the cup before drinking the cup was only half filled. This is called cheating especially when do an online order... More than disappointed 🙄😒

The caramel custard cronut was the most delicious experience ever! The vanilla slice was sensational too. I wish I lived in Rotorua to fill up on these delicious treats. Great job guys.

Best food ever. The cinnamon scrolls are so yummy. They have a really good selection, cakes, pies, pastries, sandwiches just to name a few. Highly recommend 😃😃

Bought two mince and cheese pies and received them with some great customer service! The pies were so meaty as well and had absolutely no gravy jelly and heaps of cheese that covered the whole of the mince. Super happy with what I received and will definitely be back.
