Wow: best gastronomic experience we had since we have left Belgium. The shrimp croquettes gave an excellent start, but the portobello lasagne just left me breathless, because of it's amazingly delicate patissier-like structure, its devine risotto underneath and the fresh fruits on top. Het bedienend personeel was heel vriendelijk maar niet echt deskundig. De lounge was veel te groot. Je waande je in een grote vergaderzaal met een paar zitjes. Je keek op twee hele lange eettafels. Om meer sfeer te creëren had men de ruimte (met de lange eettafels moeten splitsen, d.m v. een schuifwand. Had het een stuk gezelliger gemaakt. Na het borreluurtje aangeschoven aan het diner in Restaurant hotel Merlet. Hiervoor een hogere waardering gegeven. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Tijdens de Kerstvakantie hier heerlijk genoten van de kleine kaart met een wijntje erbij in de lounche. Mooie en sfeervolle entourage, buiten op de parkeerplaats achter is er voldoende gratis parkeerplaats. Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug maar dan om er te dineren. We were there to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. The service was very attentive and the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was delicious and all of our dietary wishes were accommodated. We were even able to visit the wine room and got some interesting insights in wines. All in all it was a perfect evening.
