Stayed there for 3 weekends. Everything was very clean and the host was very nice (he was able to speak english and german). Breakfast was huge and you had a lot of choices.

We order two chicken salads, end up getting only one. that one salad i get is a fish salad.

We had dinner here and the proportions were way more than enough for us! Excellent food and comfy chairs made this dining experience a great one.

Perfect food ! I just assume this because we were looking to empty plates of previous guests for almost 10 minutes. Two staff members saw us but didn't clean the table nor take our order but accepted orders from two or three groups that came after us. I am not angry , but my visibly pregnant wife and 3yo kid were hungry so we had to leave without being served. Maybe we came in rush hour as both guys looked overwhelmed.

The food was really good and the staff was also quite nice and kind. The only thing i the portions are a bit big but it was good.

Six of us were fortunate to have booked for us three very modern and clean rooms in this small hotel in the old town center of Kranj just across the main square from the church. The owner was a delightful and friendly man who made sure we were well received. The rooms were well equipped, clean and very comfortable — almost Scandinavian in design with modern clean lines. The restaurant below had a very pleasant inner courtyard and table out front to enjoy a drink in the evening. If you are touring the area the old center of Kranj is the perfect location close to Lake Bled and Ljubljana.

We didn’t have a great experience. A number of items were off the menu. I ordered a salad and found it was swimming in water. No money was deducted from the bill ( although I was offered a coffee on the house). Would not return.

There was only us but the waitress does not speak english. Long waiting time for the food and the vegetables were only warmed. That was not delicious at all, but expensive.. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €15–20

Great food. And top notch service - I explained I was short of time and they rushed my order out in time for the last bus. Garlic soup and mixed grill both great, and local wine was nicely full-bodied. Recommended.
