Fantastic restaurant, amazing, home made food. Would hike there just for food, 100% my taste. Filled paprika & pork ribs were amazing, as well as everything else (potatoes, salad). I was so excited that I forgot to take photos :). Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful view from Katarina and I think it is also located on the Slovenian Jacob‘s path. Fantastic experience - hiking from Slavkov Dom.

Wow! What a great evening we had here. We ate here at a Tuesday and the restaurant was normally closed due the bad weather but the owner stayed open just for us. The food was so delicious and really large portions. The owner/cook was such a nice and friendly person. The price was really low for what we got. He also makes the best gin that we ever had. If we ever come back to Slovenia we are definitely coming back to this place! 100% recommend this place.

we ate here a couple of times during our stay in Slovenia, it's super close to Ljubljana, the food is great and portion sizes are generous. Would highly recommend a trip here to taste some of the local food

I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the region. The food comes in generous portions, is absolutely delicious and the owner is amazing. The bread is even home made ! A perfect way to discover some tasty Slovenian dishes in a beautiful location. Thank you sir for this very good moment.

By chance we passend this lovely Restaurant on our first day of our Bikepacking trip. It was already in the evening when we got here by chance so we were really happy we got warm hearty traditional slowenian vegetarian meals served along with a nice chat about the area. The host gave us a freshly baked slowenian dessert on the house and looking at the stormy weather forecast he even offered us a little shelter in the basement. This helped us a lot, we wouldn't have had much sleep in our tent with wind speeds around 80km/h! On the next day we got fresh Breakfast: homemade bread, very good coffee, some eggs from chicken nearby. Afterwards he gave us some insider tips on our route. I would say 10/10. The mountain and especially the last meters of it are pretty hard on a bicycle, but it is definitely worth the effort!!!!
