Amazing restaurant surrounded by hills in Lower Carniola region of Slovenia. We have visited this restaurant during Restaurant Week a few times already and were always beyond satisfied. Although there are a lot of dishes, you won’t pay too much, hence you’ll be keen to return and try even more creative dishes that are often based on older or forgotten Slovene recipes. I'm really sad that I have to give this restaurant only 4 stars. Great atmosphere, staff and absolutely amazing food. But cash only is just terrible in 2020. Will definitely go back because it is amazing and probably the best in this part of Slovenia.

Cozy place with ultra friendly staff. The 7-couse degustation menu felt like royal dinner extravaganza. The food is simply amazing; local traditions with a modern twist. Wine pairings from local winemakers - spot on. Don't come here to order something from the menu, but do come here to eat by letting yourself into the hands of the chef and be surprised. You'll be fine!

I came here on a sunday afternoon and I got surprised in an unforgetable way! The food, the wine, the service where outstanding! 4th generation in the kitchen! Shame, that the Guide doesn‘t know about this place! Please continue like this! You are amazing! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
