Russian bakery!! Honey cake is blowing my mind…. Light and not as sweet as I thought… Pistachio cake is the one you have to try!! It’s basically dacquoise with crunchy pistachios instead of almond, cream filling.… I have tried chicken liver pie, it also delicious. Nice combination with liver and veg, well seasoned. In general everything is above my expectations. I will definitely come back soon for other choices of pie!!
I'd like to share my overall experience at the store. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a positive atmosphere. However, my satisfaction was hindered by what I perceive as unfair pricing. I paid $50 for 1kg of dumplings with cabbage, and it's disheartening to realize they charge the same for venison handmade dumplings. This inconsistency left me feeling somewhat deceived, especially when coupled with the disappointment of the dumplings' texture—they were soggy and broke apart. I hope this feedback encourages a review of the pricing strategy and an improvement in product quality.

I love coming here when I visit North Shore. Lovely people, delicious fried pastries and coffee. They also have a great range of tea leaves ! It is a bit pricey though, but it is understandable... Wish there was a shop closer to where I live.

Popped in to try some Russian food. Such friendly service! Amazing “RAF” coffee and really good pies! They were so helpful in recommending things for us to try as we hadn’t been before. We will definitely come back!
This spot’s a hidden gem. Lovely owners who bake some delicious treats. She even talked me through the history behind Piroshki which was interesting! Thanks Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales

What a gem! Visiting from Australia, stumbled across this place and stopped in for some dumplings. They make their own sour cream and cottage cheese which ensures authenticity with the dumplings. Other traditional dishes such a herring salad and homemade kvass. Staff were great.

They have improved so much. Really friendly and helpful staff, nice selection of ready meals. Nice place to grab a snack, coffee or kvass as well as stock some European deli.
An amazing place! Valeriy (sorry if I spelled the name wrong please), is just an awesome confectioner, he made that beautiful cake with so cute and hilarious cat on that. 😃The cake just made our BD evening. 🥳 Thank you so much again please 🙏🏻
