We had such amazing food here we wish we could take this whole place home with us!
Chef Elvin and Alberto are incredibly sweet and amazing chefs!
You can really see they love what they do, we came 4x during our stay in Tulum. Make sure to come early as their food is in HIGH demand so they can run out of ingredients later in the day!
Every time I just asked them to whip up something on the wok for me and I was never disappointed 😍
On top of it all they truly make you feel at home this is a must stop if you live in or are visiting Tulum!
I will definitely be here again!

We went there yesterday for the dinner. I was looking forward to it because of the good reviews. At first, it was really heavy to spot it because the lights on the sign “fusion lab” was not on.
The food was good but for such a high price (1 bowl and 1 small water = 350 pesos) i excepted a little bit more.
The lady at the desk was absolutely unmotivated and really unwelcoming. We made our order at the counter, as she required and told her, we take the table for two outside of the shop. We were not ordering the food for take away, I am sure she copied it. We were the only customers at this moment. Finally, she brought us our dinner to the table in take away boxes with a plastic fork. Afterall, a dissapointing experience.

Fantastic food and experience! Meat was tender and the medley of items in my bowl brought on so many flavors. Met Chef Elvin and you can tell he loves what he does! ( and he knows what he’s doing ) Sampled what probably is the best ice cream I’ve ever had , so don’t refuse the dessert.
Don't get fooled by the delicious looking pictures. The food comes in a paper box and tastes disgusting.

It.may look deceiving from the front, but Fusionlab packs so much flavour into their food. Both my partner and I are foodies living in Melbourne and this place was such a pleasant surprise to find around Aldea Zama.
I feel like a lot of places in Tulum are underwhelming in flavour and price. We ordered the 8 pieces of Korean Fried Chicken and oh myyy did it hit the spot. Not only do I feel like I got value for money in Mexico FINALLY! But the chicken was PIPING HOT, the sauce was delicious, and I was genuinely full and satisfied. It honestly reminded me of the food we get bsck home in Melbourne.
I couldn't be more grateful to actually find somewhere in Aldea Zama that wasn't a rip off and delivered amazing tasting food at a fair price.
Great background music while we waited, and the chefs I can tell genuinely care about their business. I will recommend Fusionlab to anyone visiting Tulum looking for quality and tasty Korean food.

DELICIOUS! Their fried chicken, and every other thing we’ve ordered was amazing. Haven’t been to the venue itself but we ordered from it multiple times, and every time it was a foodgasm! 10/10 RECOMMEND (unless you’re vegan, in which case Tulum has plentiful grass fields to munch on).

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
Honestly, the best food I’ve had in Aldea Zama. The service, Asian-style food, and specialty cocktails are all exceptional. The chef adds flavors from his previous travels, across many cultures, to make fantastic dishes. With a very friendly and community vibe, it’s definitely my new favorite lunch spot in Aldea Zama.

Having experienced private cheffing from Elvin, I couldn't wait for him to finally open up his restaurant to get access to his dishes regularly. With the chef coming from a Michelin restaurant background, the quality of dishes you'll get at Fusion lab will blow you away. Love the concept of a rotating menu, it's always a pleasant surprise eating there.
The food is fantastic. Love the energy of the environment. Perfect date spot or a place to CoWork for lunch. It's new and already the hottest spot in Aldea Zama for me without a doubt.
