Besuch am 1.2.2024 Service unfreundlich und gelangweilt Waffel , die schlechteste di ich je gegessen habe , erwärmt , lauwarm und so zäh dass mat dran erstickt . Nie wieder 🤮🤮 am besten noch 0 Punkte. Freude auf eine gute Waffel kann man vergessen Price per person €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I wish I could post zero stars. The staff was exceptionally rude and refused to serve us when we arrived before closing. She said she doesn’t stay open until 7 because it’s up to her and she closes at 6:45. She yelled at my six year old who burst into tears. I’ve never experienced ugh angry rudeness by someone whose job it is to serve.

Personnel peu compétant, pas aimable, ils servent leurs copains, connaissances avant les clients attendant dans la fille. Hygiène peu respectée, se frotte les cheveux et ensuite servent la glace. Cela s'est passé ce samedi 18 après midi.

Glaces délicieuses!!! Les sorbets ont le vrai goût du fruit et les crèmes vraiment comme en Italie. Je pense que je m'arrêterai manger une glace à chaque passage. En plus le personnel est sympathique. Bravo!

Heerlijk ijs. Heel veel smaken. Echt een aanrader. Vroeger waren de verkoopster vriendelijk, laatste keer zeer onvriendelijk. Maar dat houdt me niet tegen dit heerlijke ijs te kopen. Prijs van het ijs staat jammer genoeg niet vermeld. Je vind hier ook smoothies, milkshakes en warme wafels.

When it comes to ice-cream you really have to do a good job to impress me, well, Fred did! The flavours of the ice cream are so pure and strong but yet so creamy and soft. No doubts this is hand made ice-cream. See my pictures, they prepare the ice cream just behind the counter. Prices are very decent, staff is friendly and everything is clean. The cone was very crispy and tasty as well. They also sell Belgium waffles, topped with all kind of yummy toppings! Definitely come back here!

Great waffle and good ice cream was my experience here. Highly recommend stopping at this shopping center if you're a tourist visiting the greater Bastogne area (cheap fuel). Fred's seems popular with the locals as the long line drew my attention to the fact that I was hungry. Definitely would go again
