I do recommend this place! The empanadas definitely my favorite and the chimichurri sauce a hit! Also they offer a bread basket 🧺 as an appetizer and that bread it's delicious and warm and fresh ! We order a the Family parrilla and it was enough meat and sides plus tortillas for 6 of us. food was delicious. Drinks were ok and they didn't have yerba mate tea that day so that's why they got a 4 instead of a 5 .. But go try it. Price point for all the food we got was about $175 for 6 people for 6 empanadas, the family parillada and lemonade for each one of us. Not bad at all! We don't speak much Spanish, but the staff was very patient and understanding about the language barrier. This appears to be more of a locals spot versus tourists. I was here with my wife, our son and nephew, in April of 2021. We didn't have a reservation but were able to quickly get a table. The parking lot is very small. The restaurant isn't very large. But, it is very comfortable. It is decorated nicely. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. We had a great time. It is very expensive, especially considering that it isn't in Zona Rio, Playas, Rosarito or Ensenada. If you expect pricing similar to San Diego Steakhouses, you wont be shocked and be fine. I would highly recommend and we will go back!
