over-priced and over-rated. not that the dishes are bad, just not worth the hype. last april, in artichoke season I had the burrata and artichoke appetizer and it was incredible, because it was in season. but the other day, i decided to have it again, assuming that Danilo would have a clever and delicious way of preserving artichokes (otherwise you take it off the “seasonal” menu, right?) to make it great and a little different for winter. Wrong. The artichoke cured in lemon was too sour and too oily to match the burrata.
Roasted chicken salad with anchovies-parmesan dressing was very good, but very over-priced, unless the “antalya rose lettuce” was grown hydroponically and organically in istinye park.
We decided to try the creme brulée-cheesecake, which, indeed are two amazing desserts each on their own. But, the little notes that make them so great on their own were missing or overshadowed. ex, the hint of salt in the crust or the touch of sour that cheese’s lactic acid gives to cheesecake were both lost. the creme brulee part was reduced to the “brulée” and made the whole thing too sweet. I would love to see each of them separately on the menu some day. simple is beautiful,too.

I saw this restaurant when I went to get some coffee and I decided to try it, my friend joined me as well.We didn’t make any reservations but we of course found a seat as it was about 7pm. Once you enter you immediately see the outdoor area which was very very humid but I preferred to sit there because the indoor siting area is filled with different kinds of food aroma which wasn’t pleasant to me. I ordered my meal and for an Italian restaurant you’d think the first thing you get served is water and some delicious bread with some amazing dips. Which wasn’t the case🙄 but I asked for it be I need this for my followers here, well it was a no knead bread with blended olives mixed in olive oil( disappointing). I had qnocchi al 4 Quattro formagi which was definitely just 1 cheese! Food prices are ok but if it’s not made well that sucks and a glass of wine is 220 I think. It was a busy night for them but they should pay attention to the toilet since it’s close by the kitchen which is widely opened

The worst thing was the service and the waiters' behavior. They were uninterested and the service was slow.

We ordered lasagna and fettucine alfredo, and both of them didn't satisfy our expectation (my gf is italian). The taste of meat in the lasagna was a bit weird, and it was a bit dry out, fettucine instead didnt have that creamy texture and the pasta had a thick taste probability too much eggs in the preparation. However, the chesse in it was tastefull.Lemonade and orange juice were nice, what made it up the night was the tramisu, it was a different presentation and both the exterior and interior cream had a nice taste, I recommend it. The service was really nice, the waiters were hospitable. Overall the experience was nice, but if we look on the trade-off between price-taste wasnt worth it.
