In een bedrijfskeuken horen geen honden,ook niet als ze in een hondenwagen zitten. Kennelijk een hele normale gang van zaken in deze vestiging. Niemand leek ervan op te kijken en de vrouw in kwestie liep vol vertrouwen de keuken in. Het was dan ook de laatste keer dat ik in deze vestiging was.

Een normale patat speciaal besteld voor 4,55(erg duur maar toch maar eens de Febo proberen he) 40 cent duurder dan een patat met saus. Kom ik bij de auto blijkt het niet alleen het meest matige kleine bakje friet te zijn die ik ooit heb gezien en zeker voor zoon prijs. Zitten er ook nogeens geen uien bij de saus. Dit laatste aangegeven blijken er geen uien te zijn. Na dit aangegeven te hebben en met name dat het dan wel een hele slechte prijs is voor mijn patat speciaal toch het verschil ontvangen alsof dit de raarste opmerking vond die ze ooit heeft gehoord. Erg ongastvriendelijk met deze klacht omgegaan en helaas ondanks de leuke reclames en merch geen febo meer voor mij. Vandaag was mijn zoontje met zijn vriendjes buiten aan het spelen. Ze gingen een patatje halen €3.80. Daarna nog wat drinken bij de supermarkt. Omdat het anders te duur werd. Plekje gezocht om het op te eten. Vind hij een haar. Een blon-grijsbruine kleur. Hij is terug gegaan en heeft t laten zien. Er werd hem gezegd dat ze er niks aan konden doen. Want hij kwam later terug. De kids waar hij mee was hebben allemaal donkerbruin haar. Wat een klantvriendelijkheid. Niet. Wat een service.... Niet! Het zou jullie gesierd hebben een kind serieus te nemen en hem iets anders kunnen aanbieden. Hij hoefde niet eens zijn geld terug. Echt superslecht dit. Ik laat het hier niet bij zitten. Ongelofelijk wat een prijsverhoging bij jullie ook weer. 3 euro ! voor een kroket, 4 euro voor een hamburger. Schandalig. Een gewoon hardwerkend iemand kan met deze prijzen niet eens meer hier eten. 2 euro was al duur, maar dit is niet te filmen. Febo, schaam je ! Daarnaast, nu had ik 1 x de behoefte op koopzondag, zijn jullie dicht. Geweldig beleid. En schreeuwend duur en oerdom. Wie doet er nou zijn winkel niet open bij een kofferbakmarkt. Jullie managers zijn nog dommer dan Bassie en Ernst en Bobbi en eigenlijk is dat nog een belediging voor de bovengenoemde personages. Slimheid ten top. Chapeau !!!

I have added a comment to my order with request to call me once delivery person arrives at given address. But no-one called. Once I have contacted you for explanation, someone told me that delivery person was waiting for 20 minutes and was not able to reach me. That is not possible as I did not receive any calls, numer I have given with country code was definitely correct as it was used in the past with success. I was also informed that delivery person was calling the neighbour which is just a made up lie. I am currently living in a hotel, where you cannot even go to the reception without a card, not to mention contact my neighbors. Even if someone at the reception desk has opened the front door, delivery person could have left the food there and let me know which was not done. So at this point I did not receive the food or the money back.
