Terrible experience. We've eaten here before but not for a couple of years and the food was always nice but this time we were really disappointed. We ordered bread to start with and were served salty, olive oil with it and there wasn't even enough oil to dip the last pieces of bread in. I ordered the Carbonara, the bacon was 80% fat and very low quality, the whole meal looked and tasted bland and tasteless. We ordered some more drinks but they never arrived and neither did the dessert menu. In the end we were tired of waiting so we decided to skip anymore drinks at the restaurant and go and buy dessert from the nearby icecream parlour instead. We actually all left the restaurant hungry, which has never happened in other places. The staff were friendly and polite and we received a free round of drinks to compensate for "forgetting" the original ones. A few days later, after this review, i saw one of the owners in the street (who i know) and he gave me a really dirty look and ignored me. Very unprofessional. On one occasion, we booked Christmas dinner there and were seated inside. On the next table were a couple with a DOG!!! It was sitting on their lap and then lying on the floor. In my opinion, this is disgusting and unhygienic, letting dirty dogs possibly with fleas into a small, packed and busy restaurant. There are much better places to eat in Vlaardingen with actual hygiene rules so we won't be returning to this restaurant again.

I was in Westfield restaurant and is all but a good place. Stay away from it if you can. Not only it was expensive but also the quality was below human standards. As an example, I ordered a bruschetta and they came with two days ago bread with beans and shrimps

Characteristic Italian family-run 2nd-gen restaurant, very friendly personel and the typical Italian menu. Brusschetta for amuse and bread and olive oil on the table. Food is okay, not outstanding or special. My pizza Parma was too salty.
