One word describes it all - Awesome!! Our group enjoyed eating outside with the twinkle lights. The Mayan Cheese sticks and Fajita on the Rocks were unlike anything any of us had tried. Highly recommend!

Went to the new location for Fajita Republic and it was fabulous. Same great staff providing top notch service, food was excellent, and I actually prefer the new venue as I didn’t have to worry about mosquitoes 🦟😂

Parking was nearby at a reasonable cost. We went a bit late, and this was our 1st time there. The food was deeeelicious. The servings were very generous for a reasonable price. The meats were well seasoned and tender. The drinks were yummy. We had margaritas, and we tried 3 different flavors. They were all yummy. But, my favorite is the lemon one. The environment was clean and calm. We all felt safe.

Dinner there last night(Nov 17, 2022). The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The hardest thing was trying to decide what to order because everything looked excellent. We were a party of 10 and once we all sat down, we asked for “facturas separadas por favor”, and it was no problem at all. The waiter was very friendly…..all in all, it was a very nice experience.
P.S. I had read that bugs could be a problem but none of our party noticed any however we were in the upper section of the restaurant and not close to the river

Great food. Very attentive staff. The place is on the lagoon. Results in a beautiful view, but can be a mosquito breeding ground. Wear some insect repellent and don't miss this place. Queso fundido disappeared in minutes it was so good. Large portions at a reasonable price.
We came here based on some friends recommendations and wow were they right. We especially loved the guacamole, the (flaming) fajitas and the chips and salsa. It was nice eating outside by the river and the staff was very attentive. We went early and basically had our own personal attendant who was quickly at our side if we needed anything. Overall, it was delicious food and I would recommend eating there.
Great atmosphere. Ordered rib appetizer, queso fundido and guacamole. Very tasty and almost too much. Everything was very well prepared.

Been back 4 times. Last time there were 2 crocodiles patrolling the river in front of Fajitas. Looking for handouts I suppose.
