The atmosphere is beautiful in the outdoor seating area. I haven't been inside the new local, but ate on the terrace. The food is just as good as the previous location. They have a lot of variety of things you can put on top of your pancakes and crepes. They also accommodate for special things you might want. The food is fresh and prepared well, but I wouldn't say the flavors are super interesting, which is why I gave it an average star score of three stars (not a great 4 or perfect 5). It doesn't seem like they put extra spices, vanilla, or milk in their pancake batter, the maple syrup is watery but tastes fine, they put canned peaches on my pancake, and the whole wheat pancakes are pale. I think the fruit plate and all their other fruits are fresh, though. The service is good, and one waitress in particular was very sweet.

This welcoming locality was a beautiful breakfast spot tucked away in the residential portions of Puerto Vallarta. I tried their Venecia hotcakes and sausage. This stunningly designed entree comes with three hotcakes covered in small nuts, raisins, sauce, and more. Topped with cream and sliced apples, the Venecia hot cakes were a scrumptious treat to begin my morning. Along with freshly squeezed orange juice, the team offered tortillas and toppings to complement my meal. The staff were all courteous and friendly. My visit had no language barriers or issues. As an FYI, come prepared to pay with pesos. Debit or credit card is not really preferred.

Amazing, delicious food. The waffles were huge, crisp, with fluffy centers, and smothered with tons of toppings. The mixed omelet was cooked to perfection. Staff were delightful and friendly. We really enjoyed our brunch. Highly recommended.

Love everything about this place!
There are plenty of choices on the nice extensive menu. There are even photos of some of the popular dishes they offer. And the prices are very reasonable.
All of the staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Some even know a little English. I was able to speak with the owner, several waitresses, and a young man from the kitchen.
And the trees along the side add a pleasant atmosphere and welcoming shade.
There is a ramp from the sidewalk to entrance.
And all of the condiment containers were clean. ( ex: salt, sugar, syrup)
And the food! Ahhh the food!
Good presentation. Good portions. And great flavor. It is so good!
I highly recommend this place and
I will definitely be going back!
I enjoyed my breakfast here. I am ordered the chilaquiles and got the red, green, and white sauce (Mexican flag colors). The chilaquiles was good despite whatever sauce you choose. I enjoyed all of it. The service was good, but for those who don't speak Spanish well, then there may be some issues with ordering. But if you're not looking for authentic Mexican food for breakfast, they have many options for sweet breakfasts like pancakes and french toast. My friend ordered some french toast, but I didn't care for it much. But then again, I also prefer savory dishes.
Excellent food, fast friendly service, huge menu and enjoy that it's open until 3pm for breakfast for people who sleep late. We will be back for more!!
