Tucked away shabby chic brewery with outdoor mini golf. Lovely views of snow capped mountains. They offer flights of beer and all were lovely! Would recommend.

What a wonderful craft beer brewery! We had the tasting option, trying five beers and our favourite was ‘Wet Exit’, made with fresh hops; so flavoursome. We also had hamburgers and mine was the vegetarian burger which was very good (better than the ones I make). The mini golf course is very interesting with many local features encapsulated such as the ‘island’ of cows based on the real event of cows marooned in this way after the 2016 earthquake.
Came here from Christchurch for the escape rooms! We enjoyed them very much and had some great burgers with Polenta fries and loaded fries as well as some very tasty Squeeze Box Hazy APA. What a great place! Thanks!
It's a small town mini golf course attached to a brewery: set your expectations accordingly and you'll have fun! Greens are fast (they're blue rather than green, but you get the idea), it's got bricks on the sides giving lots of random reflections on the ball, a couple of the holes are almost literally impossible and entirely based on luck, and skill is a lot less important than luck. So a great leveller if you're playing with kids or non-golfers. Holes are the pretty predictable set of "through the tunnel, round the corner, up the slope" that you get all over the world. Beer is good afterwards!
delicious beer and snacks. board games and mini golf kept the family happy while i worked my way through the beers. fun place. looking forward to the escape rooms on our next visit

Just what we needed after a long walk around the peninsula. "Shabby chic" as another reviewer said is right on: chill vibe, solid beers (focusing in the IPA / pale ale range, with a few other nice options and ciders available), and tasty bar food.
Went for mini golf and beers and stayed for food. So glad we did, this place is a hidden gem in Kaikoura. Beer is great, mini golf is a laugh and the food, while limited in menu, is outstanding. If you are in Kaikoura you have to come here. Vege Burgers and Polenta fries are awesome and their beer is outstanding.
