The food only easily worths 5 stars, took a pork cooked in a homemade slow fire cooker. The meat was soo tender inside with a crispy and very tasteful skin. Top 3 restaurant in Peru so far. AND such lovely service and people, the lady whose in charge of cooking show you how it is done, what they put in it,... (if there is not too much people of course) :) By far one of the best recomandation I can do !

Best experience so far with restaurant in Peru: food is amazing and the people there were gorgeous! Hidden in a small street but still close the main square, this place offers an authentic and cosy ambient for dining. Many locals visit here. The chef created our dish specially for us since we'd like to try the local fish in a low carb version. It tasted sooo good. In the end the owner let us try his home made liquor and honey. This hospitality made me feel so welcome and home. AND, all ingredients LOCAL and ORGANIC💚💚💚💚

Too expensive for what they offer. Small portions. Food not that great. Arepas are meh! Drinks are very expensive. The place is too small and it seems more like a little bar.

Me gustan los platos que sirven y los postres son muy ricos. La atención es muy amigable, se puede hablar en inglés o portugués al momento de hacer el pedido. no hay factura, sólo boleta. La música puede ser peruana, brasileña o boliviana, aveces he escuchado rock en español e inglés. Aceptan efectivo y tarjeta Visa.

Además, tienen productos derivados de castañas como harina, aceite y ají, que son ecoamigables y sostenibles, provenientes de castañas de la Reserva se Tambopata, con el sello de verificación del Sernarp. También se encuentra el delicioso Chuchuhuasi, un preparado medicinal con plantas de la región. Es un punto imperdible al pasar por Puerto Maldonado
