Michelin Guide worthy. At least a Bib Gourmand. Excellent service. Impeccably clean facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had the burger (medium rare - I was craving American) and it was phenomenal. The rest of the party had a catch of the day and the birria and they enjoyed it thoroughly. The food came very quickly. We ended up stopping at El Tiburón twice during our stay. We got tacos the first time, and then a quesadilla the second time. On both occasions we were beyond impressed. Some of the best food in the city, a very cute/aesthetic vibe, and most importantly lovely bathrooms. This should be a must stop when you visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

THE BEST fresh food and GREAT cocktails in town! Get the catch of the day grilled tacos. So fresh! I hate fishiness taste and there was nothing but fresh fish served. Great vibe and service! The best tequila espresso martini I’ve ever had and I’m a tequila snob! You definitely don’t want to miss this place! One of the tastiest meals I have experienced in quite some time anywhere. I had the catch of the day ( Snapper) . It was executed perfectly. Vegetables are yummy with an asparagus purée. My wife had the Oaxacan Smoked Brisket and it is truly elevated. The au gratin potatoes were fantastic. Servers are outstanding and they are knowledgeable. Going back for more! The bartender here is a masterful mixologist. Literally the best expresso martini on planet earth. The place is clean, upscale and has a great atmosphere. They were kind enough to charge my depleted phone after a day of riding motorcycles and recharged my energy, too. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very amicable (è moy guapa). I will be back to connoisseur the cuisine. Also has an upstairs private room for party's and private functions. Love love love this place. Great vibes and friendly service, but the food and drinks were amazing!! Seriously, we ordered like 6 things for the table and everything tasted amazing. Spicy Caesar salad (add steak) and firecracker shrimp were both mouthwatering. The drink menu is great too. I got the “it’s berry hot outside” and loved it, very refreshing. It’s a little off the beaten track in a small alley, and we passed a few times before actually going in, sat upstairs and just had the best dinner. Highly recommended! This place is a solid 3. The music is loud and it's a lively spot which is fine if you are into that. I ordered the spicy Cesar salad with grilled chicken, and it was made with spring mix (should be romaine). The chicken was thin, pan-seared and not grilled. The duck 'quesadilla' is served like a taco with cheese at the base, it is far from a quesadilla. The pesca del dia was excellent and deserves credit. The food was amazing and the service was excellent! Went to a few spots in Sayulita and I can say Tiburon was one of our favourite meals. Food was fresh & flavourful plus drinks were delicious! Definitely recommend Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were looking for a restaurant and the host lured us in by telling the kids they had Mac and cheese. I was lured in by the cocktails. I am had 2 that were both delicious. The mango cocktail was my favorite. The watermelon cocktail was very good too. My wife got the hamburger that was delicious. The staff was super friendly.
