An awesome local gem!!! Food is delicious and cheap and the staff are friendly. They also have vegetarian options which was rare in the are. We went back multiple times and tried the tostadas, tacos, tortas and enchilladas. All delicious! Skip the overpriced touristy spots and go for this local spot instead! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. They don't rip you off and the food is delicious. Our favorite two dishes are the chicken enchiladas mole and chicken empanadas. Don't go there for the margaritas but for the price you can't really complain. With their foot breakfast too. We stayed on the island for a month so we needed to find reasonable prices with good food. This place was our go to. We always tip them 20% because they are not thieves like the rest of this island. We had dinner here during our stay at Isla Mujeres and It was one of the best meals during our whole trip. Not fancy place but the food is just so delicious and home made style. Excellent food and prices can't be beat.around corner from mango cafe nice view of lagoon Stopped in a week later and prices were changed by 20-40 pesos for spring break i guess. In par with other family run places now :-( But still good Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent value for money, good standard Mexican food. Consome was especially yummy. Nice seating out the back on the lagoon. And u can grab the beers from the brewery next door and drink them in the restaurant. Really affordable; 3 tostadas for $40pesos 🥰

We really enjoyed this place, great seating by the water. The food was excellent! We had fish tacos, ceviche with shrimp. Everything was great. Prices are very reasonable. Glad we stopped in!

Slightly relieved to read another reviewer discovered the same as us. High ratings on the island definitely isn’t always a true representation on what you will get quality wise. Food was not great, but was made better with their hot sauce. We ate and left pretty quickly. Wasn’t much of an atmosphere. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Loved it! I say it’s a must when visiting Isla Mujeres. It is the most traditional food you can get for an amazing price. Definitely try their burritos! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
