The place from the outside seems to be nice, but they are neglecting it, since it is not clean, nor are the bathrooms, it seems that the equipment area is where they focus more. even to serve people. Only one waiter was active, but for more than 40 tables it becomes slow, there were 3 more waiters but they were very slow, their attitude was lazy and discouraged, they yawned all the time and even their walk was so slow. It took them 15 minutes for someone to come serve us and we were seated. I will not return to that place and I will not recommend it. This place was delicious, it has traditional outdoor Mexican kitchen feel to it. The service was great and quick The food was phenomenal, I ordered the borrego al pastor and it has been some of the best flavored lamb I have had, the tortillas as well are all hand made on the spot. Parking is all in the street but easy to find Highly recommend this place

Daddy said it is the best place to go eat. We got there for Mother's Day and it was fully booked and they ran out of their main course. I didn't get to eat there ,but I will give it another try in a none holiday event. For sure next time I go to GDL I will definitely stop by and have some DELICIOUS dinner like my Dad says. #SanDiegoCalifornia
