The atmosphere and service are the highlight of this restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing too. From intimate to large parties, they can handle it all. Side note; this place is pet friendly, which I find to be a perk. Highly recommend. Opened in 1989 El Anderiego has not forgotten the charm, recipes and good service that have kept this restaurant thriving for 35 years. The meal was everything one might hope for with a fine Mexican dining experience. The portions were generous, the sauces delightful, the plates arrive still cooking. The michiladas, a refreshing beer cocktail, came just as I love them. Guacamole and chips were the best I’ve had. I’m told if you order a guacamole dish they will make it at your table but we were well and full from the fajitas main to order more. The decor is fun and well lived in, and the staff were very attentive and happily accounted our possibly unusual requests. Thanks again for the memories. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Traditional food done well! We absolutely over did it by ordering way too much food. The seafood salad was really good; I would highly recommend it. We also ordered ceviche and two entrées. My husband ordered a steak and I had a taco plate. Both were delicious. Plus I got a massive margarita which was delicious and I somehow finished it! The staff was very friendly and helpful! My fiancee and I were so pleased with this place, we went several times during our vacation. The breakfast, the lunch and the dinner are absolutely spectacular. Not a single complaint. The salsa: sweet, medium, and hot. We're just that... Perfect amount of spices in each. I ordered the Menchaca. Comes with a side of fruit, so fresh. (And I'm not the one to eat much fruit). This place is a joy. Sit next to the window, take in the morning breeze. Valentine's day was decorated lovely. I can't say anything negative about this place. They have been around for quite a time, they will continue to be around with service like this. Best of luck to your future guys/gals.
