An absolutely perfect place to have a cup of tea .The views are spectacular with lush green tea fields. They only have few food items in the menu but they are fresh and affordable. The place is clean and the service is all good. Rest rooms facilities are available. Everything was perfect there; the staff were so kind and nice, the food was tasty, can enjoy pure teste of ceylon upcountry tea and you could see a beautiful view opposite the tea train. They had only 1 sandwich and 2 Last burgers, 1 dessert out of 5 and 3 types of tea out of 30! Brought us a bill before we even finished or ordered anything else. Do not recommend to have lunch here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The place was great. It has well enough parking space. They maintain the Tea Train well, clean and well organized . You can taste the real Sri Lankan tea. The environment also very beautiful and a beautiful view center. One of best scenery for photography is the sunset there. The sanitary facilities are well maintained.

One word to describe this place “DISGUSTING “!!!!! Terrible service -pushy and impolite waiter We were served cold cup of tea in dirty cups. That 5 mins we sat there, the waiter stood right behind us, staring and then went on clearing his throat and spitting very loudly right next to us. We got up and ran away from what could have been pleasant moment with a wonderful view. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Super food, super location and best of all fantastic service by the people there. They were so nice to us and even gave my mom some plants to take home. The food was served warm. The gentleman pictured here was the star A must stop place on the way to Nuwara Eliya and the way back to enjoy factory fresh tea with a warm snack.
