This is unique and therefore amazing traditional Lithuanian beer restaurant, located in a century-old building. Food is cooked over real fire. The restaurant has a modern brewery, where beer is naturally brewed according to the original recipe. Beer tasting can be organised via booking as well as conference hall which can accommodate up to 90 people; restaurant can also be booked for b-day parties or small events. Beer recipes are self-created and unique. 6 types of beers with beautiful Dzūki (Lithuanian regional) names are constantly brewed: "Čystas" ("Clean"), "Šposas" ("Joke"), "Kviecinis" ("Wheat"), "Spakainas" ("Calm"), "Razumnas" (" Protingas) and Slyvinis (Plum porter) and one seasonal beer. Modern European& Lithuanian kitchen with great selection of foods and drinks. Restaurant has a great interior and there is also a shop if you like to take some beer with you. We felt like in the museum, art gallery, exhibition, and all this put together- part of the city of Alytus. We loved it and enjoyed it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was very good. Portion size was too huge. As per service, it was substandard. I came to Alytus just for this restaurant, but snacks took more than 40 minutes, considering restaurant was almost empty. Beer was very good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €30–35 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very low quality food... The potato pancakes where undercooked, spirgučiai was really bad, almost all burned. Same with salmon - really bad. The saurerkraut soup had only 4 mushrooms and was lacking of taste. Pizza had bacon with skin, which was impossible to eat even for my cat... Not worth the money at all. Don't recomend to eat there at all. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent food (Shashlik and Cepelinai (both boiled and fried) were phenomenal) but service should be improved. We were there on a busy night and they took the order from the three out of four of us and left. Mixed up some things and forgot about other items. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15
This place was better than expected. Fast and nice service. We ordered shashlik (pork and chicken) and it was much much better than in Saslikine (where they suppose to master this dish, but...). Only thing that was a disappointment was portion size and how it was served. I would say 5 pieces of shashlik aren't a large portion and I wonder how their small portion would look (also available for 5.50 eu). Everything was placed on a huge amount of potatoes so portion looked huge, but in reality it was way too much of potatoes (wasn't able to finish it). Wok veggies (as garnish) contained a large amount of onion and I think it's not necessary as you already get big chunks of raw onion with your dish. Caramelized beets were delicious, on other hand. Fried bread with cheese was a bit pricey (4.50), but portion was huge, enough for two. And if you call yourself a restaurant you should get a better cutlery, not something what is left from an old canteen. But after all everything was fresh, tasty, clean and a serving lady was nice and was able to answer our questions. Definitely coming back.
It seems to be the most popular place to eat in Alytus. Every time I come it is very busy. So, it is recommended to book in advance. They have very wide range for a choice- pizzas, BBQ, traditional Lithuanian dishes. Therefore, you cannot expect finesse or extremely high quality, but it is really good in the context what Lithuanians like to eat traditionally. They also have a small brewery and the beer is really good. Waiters are coping pretty well with the high customer’s flow.
Really wide selection of foods. Children liked pizzas and pork grill w wok veg was very good too. Really good value for money. Pizzas baked in firewood furnace. Own craft beer. Cozy inside with stylish interior.
