Was looking for some real Dutch pancakes. While they did not have the taste I was expecting, I'm sure every place makes them slightly different. They were definitely full of the toppings that were advertised.
Service started out s little slow and without asking the waiter brought out a side of fries on the house for the delay. No syrup was ever brought out nor did we ever get napkins and since nobody came back to ask how things were going, never got them. The view was amazing and the staff very friendly and pleasant. Overall food 4 of 5, service 3.5-4 of 5 and atmosphere 5 of 5. Is it worth a trip, sure. Was it worth the cost, again yes

Good beer, tasty food and an extremely friendly staff/owner. The owner walked us through both the drink and food menus, made suggestions for each and frequently checked back to see how everything was. Would certainly visit again on our next visit to St Maarten.

Het is een gemaakte molen wat een leuk gezicht is. Echter er is binnen weinig sfeer, en het eten is niet echt goed. Ik had een Mahi burger maar moest de vis zoeken tussen de bladeren sla en tomaat. De smaak viel ook tegen. De rosé was wel oké. De porties zijn ook klein voor een diner.

The best view from a restaurant in Philipsburg. Excellent food (they're known for their pancakes, but you have to try the chicken tacos). Exceptional customer service - the owners work alongside their staff and provide a wonderful, warm and fun experience. Try their IPA, too. Thank you to Sunny and his wife (I don't remember your name, I'm sorry) for making our visits to the Dutch Blonde Beach Bar & Restaurant memorable for us (and for our baby, I'm sure).
