English review bellow. Je me suis rendu ce jour vers 14h45. J’ai été «accueilli» par une vendeuse rébutante. Elle n’a dénié tourner le dos pour prendre ma commande. J’ai dû l’interpeler afin de pouvoir prendre ma commande. Elle m’a reproché de ne pas avoir dit bonjour, ce qui est faut et je lui ai fait savoir. Dire bonjour, c’est le minimum. Mon éducation ne me permettrait pas cette discourtoisie. Puis s’en est suivie une violence verbale et une attitude hautaine qui m’a poussé à renoncer à mon achat.
C’est pathétique. Je n’ai posé aucun acte pour une pareille approche clientéle.
I went to the bakery at around 2.45pm. I was "greeted" by a off-putting sales assistant. She refused to turn her back to take my orde I had to call out to her so that I could take my order. She criticised me for not saying hello, which is wrong, and I told her so. Saying hello is the minimum. My upbringing wouldn't allow me this discourtesy. This was followed by verbal abuse and a haughty attitude that forced me to abandon my purchase.
It was pathetic. I took no action for such a customer approach.

Le café est devenu très agréable après la rénovation. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les prix ne sont pas chers.

Nous sommes très déçus,
Clients depuis plusieurs années, nous avions commandé des focaccia, le mercredi pour le dimanche.
Quand nous sommes arrivés pour chercher notre commande, il nous a été répondu, qu’elles n’avaient pas été faites car ils avaient oublié…
De plus, ils ne nous ont rien proposé pour compenser, ni geste commercial, ni produits de remplacement.
Vraiment ce n’est pas sérieux et je trouve qu’ils attachent peu d’importance à leur clientèle.
