Tortilla soup was horrible we couldn’t even eat/drink it. And also we ordered fajita. They served it with vegetables but that vegetables were spoiled. I would say this restaurant has a good view. Come for drinks and guacamole and the incredible view, but the main entrees were very sub standard. Filet mignon was raw, even after sent back once and flavor was very basic and no depth. First off the good, Sergio was amazing!! We sat on the terrace with an amazing view of the city below and above. The appetizers were very good. Not so good, where we were sitting is right next to the wait staff service area and it feels like they are standing right over you. The bad! I ordered the fillet mignon, based off of Ricardo's recommendation. It looked good at first glance. It was overcooked to the point it was like chewing rubber. We called for Ricardo and instead of him coming to see whst we needed, he passed it onto sergio via the radio. I Sent it back, got the next one and it was completely raw, it was just quickly seared to brown it. Sent it back and refused to pay for it. During all of this the first guy who took our order "RICARDO" NEVER ONCE did he come back to check on us or the food. He finally came back after my wife asked for him to come over. He said i ordered it medium which i did, NOT RAW! He had a medium steak pulled up on his phone to see what it is Suppose to look like. He said sorry but never came back after that even after we paid our bill! I gave the tip to Sergio and told him it was for him only, not for Ricardo. Ricardo should not be working in the food or customer service industry period!!! I HOPE THIS FINDS ITS WAY TO THE OWNER!!
