Recently we brought birthday cake from them however the cake was not eatable it was too sweet most of our guests took 1 bite and couldn't consume anymore. This experience has traumatized me I will never buy from any store again. Seriously I recommend you'll check your ingredients measurements and taste the cakes before selling them.

Decor Cakes in Queens Arcade in Otahuhu was a childhood favourite place to frequent with my mum to gaze longingly at the beautifully decorated cakes in the window displays and to revisit hoping to find new designs only to learn some of the cakes were permanent faux display cakes.
Returning recently as an adult to visit inside, I was immediately drawn to the selection of cupcakes and ended up buying some. With a range of butter cream, chocolate cream and red velvet cakes with an assortment of frostings and topping, it was a wonderful stroll down memory lane! Highly recommended!
They are truly talented artists, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them .

They made some mistakes with my cake tho it was clearly written for them to see the changes I made before hand. I was about to give a three star rating until I received a call that my cake was ready minutes before the given time. Aside from that, they are very friendly. We all make mistakes; appreciate your service.
They told me $150 for the cake design without telling me the weight or the size as they were unsure of that. After that they asked me how many people will be having it so that they can decide on how big the cake should be. I was stunned with that question because they say the price first and then decide how big the cake will be.
and the best part is I got a SUPER DRY and TINY CAKE. Very disappointed. would not try again
