It is a nice place to have a drink and or a warm drink in the winter but the music that you hear is just not a good match with the environment of the restaurant which makes it a bit off. Reggeton is not the best match to go sit and have a warm choco in the winter. Meal type Lunch Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 The restaurant is stylishly designed, and you have a great view. But the service is disappointing. We waited forever for our food, the quality was not convincing, and the prices were also very high. Overall, no recommendation. Visited Strandpaviljoen De Haven this afternoon, restaurant is serving half-full glasses of Aperol spritz for premium prices, patatas bravas which were actually bad frozen sweet papotoes in garlic sauce and charged us 6 euro for a bottle of water. Not happy, this a place to avoid, the place next door looks a lot better.
The vibe and location are great, so I'd recommend the place for a drink. But please, don't order the patatas bravas. I've tried many patatas bravas in my life and I've never found any as bad as these ones. We were served sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, cut in sticks instead of cubes, with a ton of mayo and WITHOUT SALSA BRAVA!
Cheerful crew and beautiful view, an inviting atmosphere - all this is what the place offers. They have their own lovely dog who will pay you a visit and give you a friendly smelling.
The food is way too oily/ fried. The chips from the fish and chips were tasting like old fish because of the time spent in the same oil. Do not recommend to eat there. For a drink it is okay, ad the view and location are nice
Unfortunately, I would only come back to this place for its views. Super oily food, I could remove the oil with my napkin! I couldn't finish my fish & chips, I was about to vomit with the food overcooked in oil. Then, I ask for a crêpe, that was not a crêpe. It was a fried crêpe too with too much oil! Service was neither exceptional, slow and not very attentive. Nothing tasty or even acceptable, maybe ok to drink something.
Except for the lack of proper organization, the place is nice and the food very good!
