Produce is top notch. The cinnamon swirls are to die for. The only snag is getting your hands on them. The staff tell you they are not ready until 10.30 each day, also make it clear several times this is what customers are told. Then we you go back at 10.40 hey are all gone and the customer service is not very friendly. Which is a shame when the product is so top notch

Cinnamon Roll
Popped in for a quick coffee and a Dartmoor Swirl, quiet and nicely fuggy but weird. Coffee/chocolate in paper cups with plastic lids and food in a paper bag, had to ask for a napkin. Worst was to come as I short-sightedly peered around for some sugar - a lady who I assume was the owner asked me bluntly and slightly suspiciously what I wanted then produced a little jar of sugar and a spoon. I was gruffly questioned on how much sugar I wanted and this was deposited in my cup and promptly stirred around twice by her with the handle of a fork which she had on a string. It was all very Basil Fawlty! We ate our food at our little table inside and left asap. Not good really.
