Ordered a pot of tea. The water was just tepid so the tea couldn't steep properly. Went back to have it replaced and the shop assistant replaced it with a hot pot which was refilled from a different 'tap'. The assistant was working very hard, probably understaffed coffee shop. Then I ordered tuna ftira, fresh, not toasted. The filling was really good but the bread was obviously stale, so much so that I could only eat the centre part. Couldn't bother to go back to complain again. I expected better from Costa and was quite disappointed, considering the expensive prices they charge.
