I had gone to the roof top table for lunch here, the view from the top is beautiful and gives fantastic vibe for lunch. They had plenty of vegetarian options and had different spicy level specified in the menu, which was very helpful before placing an order. I took tropical shake and fries for appetiser, for main penne Arrabiata (which was spicier as specified in the menu). There was even an option to add extra toppings to the menu’s. They had a great dessert collection and I gone for tiramisu, which gave the similar and authentic taste of desserts in Italy. Lovely wood fired pizza and lots of vegan options. They have vegan mozzarella, beyond burgers, sausages and veg. I will be back for more and can recommend. Service was lovely and attentive. The atmosphere and ambience is good and they have lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Coogi's Pizzeria was recommended to us by friends. The building is lovely and a nice outdoor court yard. The service was excellent, milkshake and smoothie nice presented in a jar. We had pizza's and pastas. The pizza was a thin and crispy base, very tasty. The pasta dishes was very nice. THE CAKES Excellent choice of cakes and cheesecake. The red velvet cake was amazing, a must try. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cake

Coogi’s Pizzeria occupies a gorgeous setting in Palazzo Costanzo, a noble family’s palace within the walled city of Mdina. They offer a huge selection of pizzas with many different toppings and doughs to choose from, and a surprising number of vegan options too. We started with the Vegan Platter, which came with a grilled Beyond Meat sausage, vegan cheese, hummus, walnuts, galleti biscuits, and a bunch of vegetables including grilled eggplant/zucchini, roasted bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. My favorite part of the platter was the garlicky hummus, but all the components were fresh and flavorful. For our pizza, we chose the jet-black activated charcoal dough as a base and the Frutti Di Mare topping, which included squid and shell-on mussels, clams, and king prawns, all in a simple tomato sauce. This was the first time I’ve had a pizza with shell-on seafood, which was definitely the highlight of the dish. While the black pizza crust looked cool, it was soft and bread-like and far from an authentic Italian pizza. Nevertheless, the food here made for a nice meal in an elegant setting, and the service was super friendly too! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very good restaurant, excellent pizzas, the prices are very correct for the general quality. The welcome and service is professional, fast and smiling. Tiramisu and choice in desserts are not to be missed, a place not to be missed.👍👍 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I honestly feel like they could do better for the number of reviews and rating they have. I give 3 stars because of its vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. I visited with 3 others and here are our thoughs: I ordered the zucchini pasta and I was a little disappointed. They state on the menu "only large portions" but I think that is more of a normal portion. To be noted it tasted good. My friends, that got the Maltese pizza and octopus dish, where very pleased. So I guess the food good, along with its clear cut vegan-gluten free options. The staff was friendly but a bit unorganized as we had 2 waiters approach us to take our order firstly and ask us for dessert options the second, in the time span of 5 minutes. They also brought us a broken wine glass which I will upload. I personally consider this kind of cheap. We sat outside which was nice, no view but the old houses around us where inspiring. Even if we where outside, no smoking was allowed as it would "hurt the buildings". Nevertheless, smoking in all other outdoor areas of mdina was allowed and they had cigarette cans for trash. The waiter brought out the octopus Maltese dish and my zucchini pasta but was quite late to deliver the pizza to the point my pasta went cold, after having to point out its tardiness to him. He asked us originally if he should bring everything together and we told him yes. We did not stay for dessert. All in all, an average experience. Originally planned to go to the sister restaurant around the corner but arrived too early for dinner service so they recommend we come here instead. I was disappointed at first but this place is equally as beautiful and still has a very impressive menu with plenty of vegan options to choose from. I found it really hard to choose what to eat but opted for pizza in the end. Everything tasted incredible and left me wanting to come back to try everything else on the menu. Only downside was that the service was a little slow and it didn't seem that busy. My partner had finished his lasagne before my pizza even arrived. But other than that, perfect!
