On April 17th, Conti's Tarlac opened its doors, and we decided to have dinner there today, April 23rd. As expected, the restaurant was busy, with friends and family eager to try it out. During our visit, we were lucky to get a table without waiting, although this can vary depending on the time of day. We ordered the Barbequed Spare Ribs & Chicken Barbeque, but unfortunately, it didn't stand out and looked unappetizing despite being tender. On the other hand, we enjoyed the Salmon Salpicao and its salad, although the garlic sauce was a bit overwhelming. Food presentation and serving size were both a huge disappointment, especially considering the high price point for each dish. For dessert, we had a slice of Mang Bravo, which was delicious, but presentation-wise, it lacked flair. The previous reviews were accurate in that we had to keep asking for our requests. Conti's Tarlac needs to improve its overall operations; the lack of manpower, food portion, and food presentation, especially given the above-average prices with a mandatory service fee. Despite our disappointing experience, we remain hopeful that Conti's Tarlac will take steps to improve their service and overall quality. We may give them another try in the future and hope to see some positive changes made.
Great ambiance. Nice taste of minimalist interior design and color combinations. Spacious dining area with well-lit high ceiling. Superb options of dine-in meals not only for takeout pastries and cakes. Prices speak well with the quality of their food. Drive thru service is well-conceptualized. However, parking area is limited. Their cioccolata is a must-try.
Love the vibe. The food is great but it's a little salty for my liking. The cakes on the other hand are amazing. It's my favorite. The service is a little slow but overall it was a good experience. Will definitely come back whenever I can. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
Excellent atmosphere and superb place for birthdays, especially if in a large group (we were 14, and it was easy)... Cakes are nice, my preferred choice is the mango tall meringue cake, really very enjoyable! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Our son loved it so much. Great place to dine at McArthur hi-way and to rest during traffic. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Barbeque
If you want slow service, illiterate waiters, and companion flies. This is the perfect restaurant for you! Not only did they mess our orders, it also took them quite a while to serve them. Loveit would recommend if you’re into these kind of things…
I recently had a terrible experience at a restaurant. The service was extremely poor. My family and I waited for 40 minutes before we were informed that our order was not available. To make matters worse, we later discovered that our waiter had intentionally lied to us and punched in a different order. It was evident that the manager was taking the side of the dishonest staff member. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed with the whole ordeal.

(Click to see full review) Pro: - Beautiful Ambiance Cons: - Expensive Food but not worth the quality - Terribly long waiting hours (45 minutes to be seated. 45 minutes food serving) - Forgetful staff about requests. Need to be reminded. The staff need to coordinate with one another for faster service and there doesn’t seem a proper system in place in handling the customers. This place requires a lot of patience. Don’t come here if ayaw mong malipasan ng gutom.
They have great cakes. But this branch has a very low signal for card transactions and can't use credit card or debit cards easily. The girl at the counter who receives the order feels more frustrated than the customer because of this. She doesn't know how to accommodate her customers properly, doesn't know how to smile and looks exhausted. Looks like she's not happy with what she's doing. I just hope she can do better customer service and just find the best solution to help customers with unexpected situations like this. I'll give the guard 5 stars who did a better job than her. But in general, I'll give 2 stars for now.
