Jeepers people, why is it so difficult for a "barrista" to make a hot coffee.
Two coffees ordered, asked that both be extra hot. When they finally arrived, after food ordered from cabinet had been eaten, both coffee's were NOT EXTRA HOT, nor hot but tepid (I. e warm).
Oh and mine, well it was not what I had asked for which was a flat white with caramel shot. This coffee arrived in a glass, that meant a latte was made, who can handle hot coffee let alone extra hot coffee in a glass. Asked that it be transfered into to a cup, did not ask for it to be remade, was happy for the coffee to be transferred from the glass to cup. Cup received. Great! Then disappointment.
Why is it so hard to place a order and receive exactly what you had asked for.??
I'm so over being served substandard coffee. It's just not acceptable.

Great big thanks to Kendell and the team outstanding customer service I wish the store would open up at 8am I know they are missing out on a lot of customers.
I went with a group of people from the company I work for. We had a lovely morning Tea, everyone enjoyed themselves and I will go back again with friends 😀
