We were here for dinner and really enjoyed the Fettuccine with lobster and the Lasagna. Also the wines are pretty nice. The desserts were not that much to our taste, but presented nicely. The prices are in comparison to other restaurants on the island ok, but in general high. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive.

Laid back restaurant with pasta dishes on the dinner menu. Had the black tagliatelle pasta with shrimp. Decent portion & hit the spot. They accepted our credit card payment but warned us that it's dependent on the network.

We had two fantastic meals at Restaurant Colibri! For dinner, we had the lasagna Bolognese, and the catch of the day fish. The chef’s attention to detail and presentation were excellent. The mescalita and mojito were perfect. We returned the next morning for breakfast. We can highly recommend both the continental, as well as the huevos rancheros. Final tip. Make sure to sit upstairs for the breeze and ambiance!

Great food, catch of the day and Mayan octopus were incredibly tasty. Not too expensive and very nice staff there. You have to visit Colibri if you are in Holbox.

Amazing food! Great ambience. We got the fish of the day, the tagliatelle with eggplant and a started. Everything was so tasty and the portions more than satisfying. We strongly recommend it.

Perfect Pasta!! We enjoyed dinner here one night and returned for breakfast a few days later. We didn’t take pictures of our dinner meals, but they were great. Their lasagna is superb!
We had green juice and pineapple juice, eggs Benedict, and avocado toast.

All the dishes we chose were fantastic, tasty and well presented.
Appetizers to share like the guacamole and shrimps sticks were delicious.
The waitress is very helpful and delightful during the whole dinner.
If you like lobster, jump on it, homemade pasta greatness.
As well the building hut is a great addition.

We had breakfast here and it was so delicious! I recommend the green juice if you need a refresh after a day of drinking. Avocado toast is very good and the overnight oats could be dessert it's so good. Definitely suggest going for breakfast!!
