Very nice coffeehouse with so much green space as it is located in middle of a park. Prices are moderate but it worth it. They have tasty food, amazing hot and cold drinks varaity in addition to Nargila Shisha water pipe.

Can’t describe how bad is their billing policy, the manager itself doesn’t care about the customer right, as the rule around all the globe is the customer is always right, they have the exact opposite of this sentence, this is absolutely my last time visiting this cafe, as their service is so bad and overpriced, i only appreciate the nargile guy he treated us so well and kind, other than that everything was horribly bad. They gave me turkish coffee with 99% salted coffee and 1% water and i asked them to return it and have a cappuccino instead, they charged me without me knowing that the turkish coffee is charged and the cappuccino will be extra, after along arguing with them and with their manager he kept silent even though he knew that they were wrong and i have the right to know what i am charged to pay if i asked the service man to gave me something else instead , i just walked out of the Cafe because they still wont game me my money back even if they know i am right.
Good menu. It provides hookah options. Various seating area options. The interiors were not cozy or practical for a long gathering meeting. Usually crowded.
The shisha is great and the food is yummi. The waiters and the shisha guys are friendly. The location is super cause it's located in the middle of a small park for kids and family
Very terrible customer service! we ordered food and some of the order was forgotten after waiting for 45 minutes and trying to ask why our good was late, it was difficult to get a waiters attention as there was only 4 of them in the whole of the cafe and they were rarely around!. when reminded about our order they did not apologise and in a rude manner brought the food 1 hour late!. My sister had ordered an oreo frappe and when she drank a little bit of it to realise its not the oreo drink that she ordered we told the waitress and she took the drink and brought the SAME DRINK back but with an oreo biscuit shoved on the top!, thinking that we would not realise! we asked them to take the drink away. despite all of these issues we still ordered more things! and when asked for the bill we found that we were charged (96liras) and this included the drink that we did not have as it was not what we ORDERED and their fault!, when asking the waitress and management they said in turkish that "as long as it came to the table it will be charged for even if it was not drank".
we have been regular customers here but after all of this that occurred today we will not be coming back!
