Google photos standard herein are way out-of-date! This picture is of temporary stalls after a flood! This is a huge shopping arcade along Avenida Guadalupe - Andador Avenida Guadalupe, with hundreds of individual businesses inside - evertything like a huge bazaar that goes on for blocks along Avenida Guadalupe. This is a note to Google - do not damage the current image of these dynamic areas, please.
