Wouldn't recommend... ordered 2 pizzas, 50cm in diameter and had 4 pieces of tomato for the whole pizza. Also ordered 30cm vegetarian pizza that had all of the oregano clumped into one area and there was basically no vegetable on it. The only alright thing was the smoothie.
Prices should be atleast two times cheaper for what we got.
Such a huge and promising chain as you look on their LinkedIn accounts or somewhere else. So much time devoted for promotion and zero time given for analysing how different departments work in different cities. Lack of staff and training starting from how to approch tables, take orders and deliver food. To begin with it takes 20 minutes to take an order from half empty restaurant. Then it takes another 10 minutes to be noticed to get mayo or ketchup or any other sauces so you decide to go on your own and find some left on other tables.
The staff clearly is unhappy with the conditions as 0 effort is taken to ensure happy customer and good service approach.
This company could increase their sales so much better and the customer satisfation rate.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES!!! YOUR COMPANY IS NOTHING WITHOUT THEM:)
Maybe CEO should try to work in their shoes for a week to see how it is, maybe it would be easier to notice errors in the company why so many complains.
