I had the chicken skewers called Ceylan. The chicken meat, marinated with special spices, was incredibly tender and flavorful. The variety of appetizers served before the meal is impressive, although some are more delicious than others. While it may be slightly expensive for a kebab restaurant, it is one of the rare places in Kayseri that offers good service and great taste combined. I recommend it. Really great barbeque place, staff is very attentive and helpful. We orderen the adana kebab, the sheeps heart and sheeps tail fat for extra taste. The food was grilled nicely. Before we got our order though they filled the table with complimentary side dishes to have with the main course Amazing! (See picture nr3) As my drink i ordered their homemade ayran, it's a kind of yoghurt drink, a bit salty n sour. I liked it.
