A crew was very attentive and pointed at my sister's wallet on the floor when she accidentally dropped it, +points for that.
The only not so good part of service we experienced was when a food item was included in the receipt when we refused when she offered and another food item (beef siomai) came in steamed not fried like I said it should be when cashier asked.
We didn't bother to ask/argue to change the food item/s since a large group of customers were already coming in and waiting for us to finish eating (space was small).
Better to dine in at a non-peak hour.

the cuts and the taste have been smaller and not as delicious as it was before the pandemic. its like they have reduced the quality to maintain the price. i wish they will increase the price to maintain the quality and size.

Chinese-urban fusion interior decor. Dine in and drive through available. Free parking. Reasonable wait for food prep upon ordering. Spacious dining area unlike some Chowking branches cramped with so many tables and chairs.

Food takes too long.
Fans are always on, it's very windy inside, food gets cold fast.
Pancit and chinese chicken is the most delicious.

Chowking phased out tofu and chopseuy! Vegetarians will no longer dine in Chowking. The only remaining choice is Kangkong. So sad.
