Rude, dirty owner and disgusting greasy food. Why would anyone eat here when there is Whippy fried chicken just meters away, and so many other better options? The food is as fresh as the sign is new. Just gross. Consistant horrible service, and highly recommend anywhere but here for food in Birzebuggia. Yuck. If you are looking for a fried snack for a good deal, fried chicken, a burger, or anything quick, either find some place else, or look for a bin near here where you will surely find an almost full uneaten meal still hot in the trash. Really gross place.
Apart from waiting very long to order and pick up from Bbugia outlet, the food was disgusting, everything soaked in oil and the fillet was as thin as a shoe sole.
I have been a loyal customer of Chick King Birzebbuga branch. The lady I found there initially had great customer service and always gave me chicken that I felt was worth it. And she always took pieces from the chicken tray on the display.
Then came the gentleman recently. And I haven't felt any sense of customer service since. From what appears to be reluctant service to very small pieces of chicken that are never served from the chicken tray on display. They appear to be the rejects placed in the back because they don't fit the bill. They are clearly not of the same standing as the ones on the display. I have got these nearly 5 times now.
My Euro has exactly the same value as anyone else's. And for that I deserve EQUAL SERVICE. My experience has left me an unsatisfied client and with undoubted feelings of PREJUDICE and BIAS against me at this establishment.
I will henceforth spend my money on other eateries that value my patronage.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
