Een zeer vriendelijk onthaal van de eigenaar die ons een rondleiding gaf door het mooie pand met historisch verhaal. De voorafjes lekker met een Portugees/Spaanse twist, hoofdgerechten bijzonder lekker, nagerechtjes de bomba ;-) schapenkaasje ook verrassend. Het is een verrassend mooi restaurant met mooie ambiance we werden prettig door de gastheer ontvangen en we werden netjes naar onze tafeltje gebracht de gastheer was heel gezellig en legde ons alles uit over de Portugese gebruiken en gerechten je moet er wel van houden als een gastheer zo spraakzaam is , wij hebben heerlijk gegeten en heerlijk gezeten en de wijn was ook heerlijk,wij komen zeker terug!!!. When I first arrived in the city, I would never expect to end up dining in a Portuguese restaurant (yes, Portuguese, don't let the name fool you). The food is very tasty, with excellent quality ingredients and a variety of options. Not only is the food amazing, but also the experience dining there. There are different areas in the building, including a bar and cozy dining rooms. The staff makes the experience truly amazing, they are very knowledgeable of their produce and always eager to explain to you what you are going to eat. And if the owner, Alain, is there, you can spend hours just talking to him. He is truly passionate about his business and will always try to recommend to you the best matching drink for the next serving. But don't worry either if you are not the talkative type, you will receive a pleasant dining experience either way. It is truly a hidden gem of Deventer, merely steps away from the Brink, in a beautiful street of the old town.
