Lovely vegan cafe in a tranquil outdoor location. Delicious food options with European, American, Mexican and Asian influence. We enjoyed the big salad, ramen, creamy pasta, mini cupcakes (on the house - thank You so much!) and the dark berry beverage (Mors). Great service and lovely vegan owners/chef! Incredibly delicious vegan food set up in a shared courtyard, really cool atmosphere here in Tepoztlán. The 'salmon' toast and vegan tacos were amazing! Food was delicious and beautifully presented. The booth is in the back corner of a food court plaza that is about half-way through construction. I took a taxi there and we had to look a little harder before we saw it. I'm sure it will all be really nice once construction is complete and all the booths fill out with more vendors. I had the "non-salmon" toast. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I loved it. The carrots were prepared like escabeche and had a great flavor. There was a vegan cream cheese with chives on the toast, and it was drisseled in a soy sauce dressing. The beet chips and guacamole were also really delicious.
